IEEE Xplore is now available to all of Boulder Labs, including all divisions and groups of NOAA on site. For those new to IEEE Xplore, this means access to all journals, conferences, and standars by IEEE, IEE, and IET from 1988 to the present. Certain select articles are available in full-text going back to 1952.
You may search from over 2.6 million documents, or use the Advanced Search option to hone your results. You may also browse journals, proceedings, standards, books, courses, and surveys, either by title or by subject.
