Cogent OA is a new Open access publisher backed by Taylor & Francis. Seven different titles are projected to begin publication in late 2013 and 2014. Areas of coverage include engineering and physics. Features will include:

If you need to boost your visibility as a researcher, then ORCID is for you! It is a powerful tool that allows tracking of all your research contributions, via a unique identifier that links to your ORCID profile. Recently, both OSTI and NIH adopted ORCID for the following benefits:
