Cornell University hosts arXiv, which is an Open Access archive and distribution server for research papers. Proquest Dissertations and Theses involves a partnership with over 700 universities to archive over 90,000 graduate works per year.
Inspec is a product of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), available via the Web of Science platform, and includes more than 9 million records in the fields including physics, electrical engineering, communications, computer science, and geophysics. It is available from the Library’s databases page.
The Boulder Labs Library has expanded their Web of Science subscription for NOAA and NTIA researchers by adding Book Citation Index. This addition includes over 60,000 scholarly book titles, and provides access to text and citation metrics for books and books chapters relevant to your research. Features include:
In addition to Book Citation Index, the Web of Science Core Collection now includes Science Citation Index and Conference Proceedings Citation Index. To specify which index to use, select “Web of Science Core Collection” from the drop-down menu at the upper left of the Web of Science search page. Underneath the “Timespan” filter, click “More Settings” to check/uncheck boxes for the indexes, including Book Citation Index.
