Painting the Weather

Painting the Weather: over 100 paintings from 50 UK galleries from the BBC - is a collection of the best weather paintings by 80 artists, including Monet, Van Gogh and El Greco, from around the U.K. They were chosen by the National Gallery and BBC Four. These pictures are also available for viewing in public galleries around the UK.

Visitors can examine the paintings in detail with a high quality zoom, send e-cards, view artist biographies, learn more about paintings and galleries, or listen to meteorologist Bill Giles' remarks on selected works. There is also an Audio Tour presented by the British Museum director.

Samples of Chinese Journal of Chemistry and High Frequency Electronics may be viewed at the Main Library. Computers, Materials , & Continua (CMC), Geophysical Prospecting, and Mechanics & Chemistry of Biosystems (MCB) are available for viewing at the Branch Library.
