Retention & System Security
For site security and service availability, network traffic is monitored to identify unauthorized attempts to upload, change information, or cause damage. Unauthorized attempts are strictly prohibited and punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.
Raw data logs are scheduled for destruction in accordance with NARA General Schedule 20.
Privacy Act System of Records
The Boulder Labs Library website maintains no Privacy Act System of Records (PASOR) as defined by the Privacy Act of 1974.
Interaction with Children
The site contains no content directed at children and does not collect information from children under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
